Hi friends!!!
I’m trying something new ✨
I love sharing links and product recommendations with friends, and I do it a lot. So I’m taking the group chat out of the chat and bringing it to Substack.
Welcome to the first edition of From the Group Chat—a new series highlighting brands, products, and things happening in the fashion world. This is where I’ll share the links I’d normally send to friends and clients: tried, tested, and honest recommendations.
Hope you enjoy <3

La Roche-Posay - Cicaplast Baume
This shit is my holy grail.
On my mind and heavily on my face this week. If you live near or around where the polar vortex struck recently then you’ll understand when I say my skin has been in serious need of this 2x daily (if not more).
The perfect travel fragrance. Toss it in your bag and bring it everywhere. The case has a weight to it that signals a sense of luxe, and it comes with a velvet pouch for easy transport. I don’t leave the house without it.

Knitwear Dreams

One of my favourite brands, SKALL has released patterns for some of their top knitwear styles. If you’re a knitter, these are so good. Also… how cute is this as a gift? Wrap up some beautiful yarn, pair it with a SKALL pattern - how chic!!
Fringe!!!
All the fringe looks from Schiaparelli and Dior at last week’s couture runway shows have me excited for the season ahead. I can’t wait to see who wears these Schiaparelli looks on the red carpet this season.

I’m still gagged over Renate Reinsve in custom Louis Vuitton styled by Karla Welch for the Golden Globes.

Fringe to Wear Now - Links Included!
Fringe can be daunting, but it’s actually quite a versatile style. The texture and movement it brings to an outfit make for an effortless statement.
I love a fringe scarf moment, especially draped over a sweater or coat.
In December I made a smoking scarf to wear for the holidays.

A fringe dress or skirt is one of my favourite items to layer with. Beaufille styled this perfectly below.

CPHFW Favourites
In honour of Copenhagen Fashion Week, I am rounding up a few of my favourite brands that showed this season.
If you know me, you know I am obsessed with all things Copenhagen. Soo this list probably doesn’t come as much of a shock. In no particular order, see some of my favourite brands to check out below.

Founded in 2014 by sisters Julie and Marie Skall, Skall Studio is a value-driven brand known for fair production, fur and leather free collections, and timeless styles in natural fibres. Rooted in a family story from Northern Jutland, the brand draws inspiration from seashells. Symbolizing simplicity, interconnectedness, and the belief that less is enough.

Founded in 2003, BY MALENE BIRGER is a Scandinavian womenswear house defined by refined minimalism, intentional design, and enduring silhouettes. Reimagined in 2020, the brand offers a modern, elevated wardrobe rooted in longevity, integrity, and luxurious utility.

The Garment champions timeless minimalism through meticulous craftsmanship, versatile design, and a focus on impeccable knitwear and precise tailoring. Guided by Creative Director Charlotte Eskildsen, the brand blends a monochrome aesthetic with vintage-inspired design to create enduring pieces that transcend trends.
Thanks for reading From the Group Chat! Drop a comment below if you have any requests for next week’s edition - I’d love to hear them 💬✨
Until next time,

I’m gonna buy it all!!
Solid fringe analysis! The Schiaparelli-to-scarf pipeline is real, especially after couture season. The layering point is key though, fringe gets dismissed as costume-y but when its treated as texture rather than statement it actually works. I picked up a vintage fringed vest last year that gets way more milage than expected precisely becaus of that versatility.
